Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been processed or shipped. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately.
Custom prescription lenses cannot be cancelled once the manufacturing process has begun, as these are uniquely crafted for your specific vision needs.
Return Policy
We accept returns on most non-prescription items within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging including all tags, cases, and cleaning cloths.

- Opened contact lenses
- Final sale items
- Items showing signs of wear
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
